To be honest I do not know anything about the guy apart from what ‘reports’, which have grown over the past couple of days, tell us…he is 26-years-old, a midfielder from the Cameroon and a free agent after being released by Marseille – who it is said he hardly featured for last season. Oh, and Blackburn are another side ‘said’ to be after him.
How true is this? Who knows!
What I do know is I wish the media would stop claiming so and so is a replacement for Lassana Diarra, as we sure as hell are not going to get a replacement with the quality of the Frenchman unless we pay big money – and a player on a free is not going to be in his league is he? If he was then Marseille would not have let him go, and you can be assured others, besides us, would be sniffing around!
