Stevie Claridge is a free agent ‘arry… Our former striker is looking for a new club so Redknapp might have to turn to him if we can`t land anyone else!
Claridge, beginning life having turned 40 in May is still looking to continue his playing career despite having already turned out for 16 different clubs. This summer marked the first in almost 25 years that he has been without a club.
His managerial career hasn`t really brought him much joy, his player manager spell with us was short lived and his last attempt with Millwall lasted a mere 37 days.
There`s only one Stevie Claridge and if anyone can talk himself into finding yet another club Stevie can. If he is unable to find a club to play for or manage however he is said to be content to carry of his work in the media.
