The 2017-18 season continues with the latest round of games this weekend. This will see us among those involved with three points of course the aim.

Previous results

Saturday 30th September
AFC Wimbledon 0-0 Rochdale 15:00
Blackburn Rovers 1-0 Gillingham 15:00
Bradford City 2-0 Doncaster Rovers 15:00
Bristol Rovers 2-1 Plymouth Argyle 15:00
Bury 0-2 Milton Keynes Dons 15:00
Fleetwood Town 1-3 Charlton Athletic 15:00
Peterborough United 1-4 Oxford United 15:00
Portsmouth 1-2 Oldham Athletic 15:00
Rotherham United 1-0 Northampton Town 15:00
Shrewsbury Town 2-0 Scunthorpe United 15:00
Southend United 2-1 Blackpool 15:00
Wigan Athletic 2-0 Walsall 15:00

There’s no international break in League One. Well, minimal disruption anyway with most games going ahead.

Four defeats in five sees Doncaster just above the bottom four when hosting Southend, who have themselves won three in a row to climb the table nearer to a position expected of them.

Bradford, with a win and favourable result for them, could move up to second – MK Dons could also find themselves in the top six though with all three points so there’s plenty to play for.

Regardless of the outcome, Plymouth will remain in the bottom four. The basement side look to end three successive defeats at Home Park against a Fleetwood side that’s also lost three of the last four.

A point – at least – for Wigan at Scunthorpe – themselves bidding for a position in the top six – would keep them in second behind leaders Scunthorpe, who travel to Walsall.

Sunday’s game would see Portsmouth beat Gillingham should Pompey’s recent run of results continue – this is also a live Sky Sports encounter.

What will happen in this one though? Cast your vote so we know if you think it’ll be all smiles or disappointment come the full time whistle.
