Think you’re the next big manager? Think you’ve got more football knowledge than all your friends? Can you predict who will be this season’s biggest star?
Then why not prove it and take on fellow Pompey fans in the two Vital Pompey Fantasy Football Leagues.
To join up for free and take on the challenge all you have to do is register on one or both of the two fantasy football websites, pick your team and captain (who gets double points) and join the Vital Pompey private league on that particular site.
Each player on your team will earn or lose you points depending on their performance each week and the person with the highest total score at the end of the season wins! You can also make transfers throughout the season as you see fit.
As mentioned earlier, there are two sites to choose from, both with private Vital Pompey leagues. The first site is the official website for Barclays Premier league Fantasy Football. It’s address is http://fantasy.premierleague.com – here. The code you need to join the private Vital Pompey league is 570514-155500. You will find detailed instructions how to play on that website also.
But what if you’re footballing knowledge is mostly ‘nopower’ Championship based? After all, it is the league Pompey play in! Well, if this the case for you, you may want to take on the Vital Pompey nopower division on http://fantasy.football-league.co.uk – here. The official fantasy football site for the Npower championship. The code you need for the private league there is 8335. There is full details on it’s rules and scoring etc on the it’s site as well.
So what are you waiting for? Sign up now as there is free unlimited transfers until the beginning of the season! Any Pompey fan can join either of these leagues but if you are not a member already, why not take a few minutes of your time to sign up to Vital Pompey for free and take part some other brilliant features to test your Pompey knowledge such as Frippy’s Virtual Bookies and Rug’s Predictor League (which has some excellent prizes!) and great fan’s debate and chat with Chix’s ‘Chew the Fat’ and eastneydave’s ‘Toast’ as well as many other Pompey features.
