The claims are the main point of the meetings are to tie up the permanent signing of Djimi Traore – who is currently on loan with Rennes – but the negotiations could include Traore being used as bait to help bring John Mensah to Pompey?
Mensah is being heavily ‘linked’ with Pompey so this seems to have some basis really, so maybe we could have our first summer signing agreed – at least in principle – soon…
