There is nothing official from The Pompey Site yet but BBC Sport is ‘reporting’ that Pompey have signed Tal Ben Haim from Citeh?

Ben Haim was in talks with Pompey on Sunday and if the BBC is right, and they do have some quotes, the Israeli international has signed: ‘it’s a big challenge. I think we can turn things around.’

It is being said that the 27-year-old has signed a 4-year contract – hopefully we will get something official on this shortly…

The Sun is ‘reporting’ that we are looking to tie up a £4m double deal for Ben Haim and Benjani, who saw a move to Hull break down over the weekend.

The Daily Mail is also in on the act this morning ‘claiming’ that a swap deal involving David James and Carlo Cudicini has been rejected…

Niko Kranjcar is set to complete a move to Spurs though for a mere £3m? Surely that must include the fee for Kevin-Prince Boateng and loan signing fee for Jamie O’Hara being wiped off…
