The Pompey predictions league continued back along, before the FA cup defeat at the weekend, with the trip to Sheffield United.
Having lost a tricky game to Stevenage previously we suffered a second successive defeat, narrowly going down to The Blades 1-0 at Bramall Lane.
I think it would be fair to say that we deserved something from that game, and positives could be taken from it, and a number of us were actually in positive spirits that we could get something…
As such this meant only a handful only scored anything with a few members getting 5pts each.
The top 3 stayed again stayed as it was, meaning jsander48 retained top spot for a 3rd game running on 90pts in total, although khodgkins – remaining in 3rd – picked up 5pts to reduce the deficit slightly.
Sheffield United also meant that the month ended, so it was time for a predictor of the month to be crowned…
This was khodgkins, who picked up 45pts for the month to just edge out a couple of others who gained 40pts, ahead of a few more on 35pts and a host on 30pts.
