From the Ed

A birthday free day so straight onto the games previously played.

Played – 17
Won – 8
Drawn – 3
Lost – 6

I can claim three games today including the most recent win over Bury at Fratton Park in 2013 along with the Birmingham defeat at Fratton from 2010. Third and final game – also at the Park – came back in 1999 when we beat Sheffield United in 1999.

What are your memories of the games previously played today that you have been at?

  • 13,10,99,97,93,91,85,82…13 two Connolly’s goals, 10 a Tues night loss,99 Awford’s only ever goal at Fratton I think,a header in the FE,97 a Sunday tv tie v Chelsea(Zola inspired),I went to the game though.93 Russell went off with a suspected broken leg but was ok,91 a loss at home, but 85&82 both 1-0 wins…loved Webby,especially against Wimbledon…
