Another three birthdays today, Wharton before my time but remember Chapman well from his career, but his brief Pompey career isn’t one that’ll live long in the memory! Also cannot really recall Hendon for the Blues but he is now boss at Leyton Orient, he gets the image today.
Not a bad day as winter months go from Pompey! Ahead of Accrington today we’ve played 13-matches previously winning 5 and also losing 5 with the other 3 drawn…6th win today all being well!
2009 and 1998, the last two at Fratton and wins against Burnley and Crewe, respectively but not at the FA cup tie today.
