The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game between Portsmouth and Bristol Rovers this Tuesday.

Portsmouth host Bristol Rovers on Tuesday September 26 for the game at Fratton Park and the match carries a 7.45pm kick off.

Referee: Nicholas Kinseley
Assistant Refs: Matt Eva and Mark Derrien
Fourth Official: Paul Yates

Match Day referee Kinseley has officiated seven games in 2017/18, showing 31 yellow cards and three red cards so far.

He took in 31 games in 2016/17 with a return of 113 yellow cards and six red cards.

His highest card count that year was 13 yellow cards in the Crawley Town v Newport County match. He also showed ten yellows in the game between Stevenage and Carlisle United.

He took in 28 matches in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 70 yellow cards and nine red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Plymouth and Accrington Stanley on October 17 with a total of six yellows being shown.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of the players edge closer to automatic bans.
