No 3pm kick off in April!

Our home league meeting with Newcastle was scheduled for a 3pm kick off on Saturday 12th April, and this was going to be the only Saturday 3pm kick off we would have had in April, but this has now been changed to 5.15pm so it can be shown live on setanta sports.

West Ham, originally scheduled for 5th was a 3pm kick off but that was switched to the Monday due to works taking place on the train tracks in London, it was also then going to be shown live on setanta sports, but due to the FA cup semi final with West Brom, now taking place on Saturday 5th with a 12.15pm kick off this West Ham game has again been cancelled?

Newcastle, as we now know has been changed for the TV cameras – Man City the following week, 19th April has been switched from a 3pm Saturday kick off to a 4pm kick off on the Sunday, 20th, so it can be shown live on sky sports – either way I am making the long trek to this game though.

The final game of that month, Blackburn at home was meant to take place on Saturday 26th April 3pm, but has been switch to Sunday 27th also for sky sports coverage with a 1.30pm kick off time.

So there we have it, we will have a whole month of fixtures live on the box – assuming West Ham is rescheduled for some time in April – without a single 3pm Saturday afternoon kick off time, criminal isn’t it?
