So, here we are less than a week before the season kicks-off – how different it is to hear a manager talking about having a basic clean bill of health!
All, it seems, bar Ricky Holmes will be fit and ready for the kick-off against Oxford at Fratton this weekend.
Whats more those that will be fit, that are ready and raring to go, are ALL ours!
We own each and every one of them and they are on proper contracts not just a day-to-day, week-to-week or as it was ‘officially’ month-to-month. They are ours on contracts, in the main, beyond just this season too!
Is this how it is meant to be with a football club?!

As per my interview at the weekend, hand on heart, I am still not properly ‘feeling it’ with the season ahead but I am starting to feel it more the closer it gets.
