Lassana Diarra has taken Benjani’s mantle of being ‘the darling of Fratton Park!’ Not my vote, yours – although these findings from Chix’s poll are thoughts that I do agree with.
Since his signing Diarra has become a huge favourite with the Fratton faithful with literally everyone have plenty of positive words for the fella and everyone being impressed beyond belief at his ability.
Should Jermain Defoe find the net regularly – as I suspect he will – then he is going to rank right up their with Diarra, who might not be here for long anyway?
