This is what he said: ‘I think this one will be tight and edgy.
‘Portsmouth play decent enough football but the big question when you go to the Britannia Stadium is whether or not you can cope with what Stoke are going to throw at you. Unfortunately, I’m not sure Portsmouth can.
‘Verdict: 2-1’
Quite often I am fairly ‘critical’ of ‘Lawro’, who I feel – like most of his mates at the BBC – is not that keen on us. Although, to be fair, I think he could well have a point this weekend as we are faced with a very tough task.
‘If’ we cope with that Stoke ‘throw’ at us, we could get something and prove him wrong!
