There can be few clubs with such a history of squad rotation as Pompey.
This summer, as with the past 2-3, I would suspect that ‘most’ will be wondering where their future lies.
Although unlike some other years some players under contract at least ‘should’ have a better chance of remaining where they are, as long as this is what they want!
If this is what they want, and it is a financially viable option for us, lets hope this is what they get…

Still young, still raw and still with a lot to learn but there seemed to be talent about him, which could – and I think should – have been worked on to develop the player further at Fratton.
It seems ludicrous to part with someone who would have been on relatively small wages and that was already here given the sheer volume of others that are destined to move on – even more strange that we have done this even after making a payment to Millwall so we could have him in the squad.
He clearly knows – and by all accounts has known since the early part of 2011 – that he is not wanted here so he will not be staying here. I suspect that he will be one that we will rue letting go but his future lies away from Fratton…
