Tottenham 2-0 Sheff Utd

Watford 1-1 West Ham
Marlon King (62) gave Watford the lead at Vicaridge Road, only for Bobby Zamora (64) with his third in two games to equalize minutes later as the points were shared.

Aston Villa 2-1 Reading
Kevin Doyle (3) gave Reading a dream start, but following Ibrahima Sonko’s red card for a foul on Luke Moore. Juan Pablo Angel (33) scored the resulting penalty. Gary Barry (60) scored the winning goal.

Blackburn 1-1 Everton
Benni McCarthy (49) opened the scoring only for Tim Cahill (83) to score to maintain Everton`s unbeaten start to the season.

Charlton 0-3 Man Utd
Second half goals from Darren Fletcher (48), Louis Saha (79) and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (89) gave free scoring United another win in the LIVE SKY Sports clash at the Valley.

Fulham 1-1 Bolton

For the second successive season Pompey`s next opponents Middlesbrough beat Chelsea at the Riverside. Andrei Shevchenko (15) gave Chelsea the lead only for Emanuel Pogatetz (79) and a late goal from Mark Viduka (89) to turn the game.
