Victory against MK Dons looked like it would be followed up with an impressive enough point against Blackburn at Fratton Park…until Rovers scored a late winner to leave the South Coast with a 2-1 win.

Oh for the life of a Pompey fan! Saturday saw a last minute win to have us jumping the joy, while a similar late goal slumped us back to earth as Pompey threw away a couple of points to high flying Blackburn. Pompey had looked good against one of the league`s better sides and a draw would have been a kinder result.
Chris1954, Langston and Dorking all scooped maximum points, while USPF picked up 5 consolation points to close the gap on Morgan.
Morgan leads by 15 points from USPF, with a further 10 points back to Daughter of Wiggy, who leads her father by a further 5 points.
