Happy birthday to William Beedie, Scott McGarvey, Lee Sandford, Steve Soley and Darren Moore.
Beedie was before my time and not someone I know of either – I do know McGarvey and Sandford well enough but cannot recall actually seeing them in action?
However, Soley and Moore, definitely Bruno, are players I recall very well and saw play on plenty of occasions for Pompey.
Now onto the games previously played before the visit of Cambridge later.

Well, another poor day traditionally as only 6 of the 20 games have been won. 9 have ended in defeat with the other 5 drawn? what will Cambridge bring later today though?
A blank day for me and it’ll not change as a I cannot make it to Fratton Park this afternoon – thankfully I was at Notts County on Monday so celebrated our promotion on the day.
