Another feature, again courtesy of our sister site PompeyRama, sees us look at those Pompey personalities – past or present – who have a birthday on this day.

12/11/1901: Harold Foxall
12/11/1964: Kevin Ball
12/11/1969: Jason Cundy

From the Ed

Happy birthday to Harold Foxall, Kevin Ball and Jason Cundy – the Pompey players from the Blues’ past born on this day.

Foxall is well before the time of anyone, let alone myself. Meanwhile, Ball is someone I know well from the game but his time with Pompey was before mine so I didn’t get to see him in action in our midfield – Cundy had his best days with others before the Blues but did ok for us.

Now onto the games previously played.

Played – 15
Won – 4
Drawn – 4
Lost – 7

With few games since 1988, that being away in Newport in recent years, I’ve not claimed a game before and wasn’t at Fratton Park for the win over Mansfield in 2016 either.

What are your memories of Foxall – obviously too early for anyone, Ball and/or Cundy from their Pompey days? Also have you taken in any of the games previously played today – if so what are the memories from them too?
