Pompey captain Aaron Mokoena tomorrow celebrates his 30th birthday, although I would ‘think’ that the celebrating will wait until the weekend, even that ‘might’ depend on the Swansea result…
To be honest I did not think I would be ‘happy’ for the latest birthday to come around with Moko still part of our squad, in fact our captain, but I am.
Whilst he still has his moments, all in all, Moko has won over most fans so I would not think that I am alone in my happiness that he is still here.
We have looked rocky defensively at times but ‘hopefully’ the Mokoena – Rocha John Rocha partnership that we saw last season can be viewed on a more regular basis from now on, now that it is back together…
