There has not really been much going on this week has there, and – in all honest – I am again going through one of those ‘hard to get enthusiastic about anything’ periods, which has not helped either…

According to what they ‘understand’ AFC Wimbledon midfielder/forward Christian Jolley is being ‘lined up’ to join us on loan.
That ‘surprise’ striker signing that has been mention then?
That report also says that Pompey have ‘asked the Football League if they can extend their squad allowance to bring in three new signings‘, with the 24-year-old one of those three we want.
Beggars cannot be choosers of course but this is a guy, who is out of contract with Wimbledon this summer; that is struggling to get into their squad this season – lets remember that they are a league two side…
