The League One season continued with the latest round of games played over the weekend.

Wigan consolidated top spot with a convincing win at AFC Wimbledon, who dropped into the relegation zone.

However, a Shrewsbury win over Blackpool and Blackburn’s latest victory, when Rovers overcame Charlton – now clinging on to the final play off spot on goal difference alone ahead of Portsmouth – saw both keep the pressure on.

Bradford also secured a late win at Southend to remain well placed in fourth.

At the other end, victories for Gillingham over Bristol Rovers and Northampton overcoming Walsall meant they both moved out of the bottom four – Rochdale slipped below the drop line despite a draw with Oxford.

Here’s a round-up of the League One results with one game to take place.
