Harry Redknapp will apparently excite every (most) Pompey fans by attempting to sign Theo Walcott on loan.

Harry worked with Theo Walcott at Southampton and is a big admirer of the youngster. Theo is yet to play for Arsenal and Harry apparently believes that a loan deal (with the option of a recall) could possible be on the cards.

I?m unsure whether Arsenal will let the lad go out on loan, especially after being named in the World Cup squad. If the player is told he won?t be a starter at Arsenal next year I think he would jump at the opportunity.

Reasons Why Not to Sign for Us

It may be seen as a betrayal to Southampton
He doesn?t have any chance of playing for Arsenal
He can?t learn off players such as Henry

Reasons Why he Might Sign

First team football to show Arsene Wenger
Has worked with Harry Redknapp before
Has family and friends on the south coast

In other news- Apparently, Milan has today agreed a fee for Zigic, thought to be in the region of 6-7 million pounds. Harry will watch the player Saturday and decide if he wants to offer, the giant of a forward, a contract.

Two very interesting stories, which we will no doubt here more about!
