‘Survival with just as many question marks hanging over the club would do me’, not my vote, yours – although these findings from PFCGino’s poll are a tough one to call, as I would agree but at the same time I would not…

The off the field shenanigans are the things that seem to be holding us back, with this being wave upon wave of various things. I just want a quiet life, an easy one where these things are not constant issues and thorns in our side – so if we could eliminate that rubbish I would be happy, but would I want this to come at the cost of us going down?

Hmmm, another toughie!

I do not want us to go down, not just because I am fearful of leaving the premier league. Whilst I do not want this, the concern of leaving the so called ‘best league in the world’ is not behind my reasoning for not wanting to go down – I fear relegation could prove a final nail in our coffin…

For me I am not as convinced as some others are that relegation ‘will not have that much of an impact on us,’ I fear that it will – I do not see it being as ‘cut and dried’ as us just going down and then sorting things out. I have concerns about the financial ramifications of this.

Lets just hope that survival, as I still feel we will see, is achieved and we can get some stability and security also sorted out…then again this is Pompey we are talking about!

  • What the poll asked – Which would YOU rather?

  • How you voted – Survival but as many question marks over the club 74%, Relegation but financial security and certainty 26%

Before we move on what are your thoughts on what the last poll concluded? You know what to do, thoughts below please guys…
