In typical Pompey fashion we left it RIGHT until the last moments to do what we had to do!

With the 4pm deadline for the handing in of our ‘statement of affairs’ fast approaching this still HAD NOT been submitted – going into the closing minutes before the turn of the hour and it was still not, but sky sports news said that Pompey had confirmed with them shortly after 4pm that the documentation HAD arrived just in time…

It was planned to have arrived by 2pm, but having looked over what Vantis plc, the court appointed accountancy firm, had come up with they wanted a ‘couple more things factored in’, hence the further delay.

The court – and HMRC? – now has 2-days to overlook this documentation before we return to the high court on Monday March 1st when our fate will be decided once and or all…
