Portsmouth are set to begin this critical relegation 6 pointer with at least 4 new signings in the starting 11.

£4.1m record signing Benjani and Spurs trio Sean Davis, Pedro Mendes and Noe Parmarot are all likely to play from the off with Emanuel Olidasebe also likely to play some part in the fixture as well.

This shake up of the team will give Portsmouth the chance to achieve the double over Everton this season and hopefully move them out of the bottom 3.

Everton are slowly but surely climbing away from the bottom 3 and will be looking to come away from Fratton Park with at least a point. Saying this however Everton possess an away form which would not be out of place in the top 8 this season so they should provide a stern test for Portsmouth

Everton possess some dangerous players so we will have to be on our guard, some of the players we will face are listed below.

James ?Scummer? Beattie: Seems to be finding the form which persuaded David Moyes to pay £6.5m to secure his services from our friends down the road.

Mikel Arteta: Is a playmaker who learnt his craft in Barcelona before a successful loan spell with Glasgow Rangers. He is a set piece specialist as well so the team will be have to be on their guard and try to prevent giving away silly free kicks.

Danger Man: Tim Cahill had a hell of a season last year scoring lots of goals from midfield. He is a very good header of the ball as we know from the same fixture last season. He is now showing the form which had the big clubs looking at him last summer.

Prediction: 3-1
