Maybe I am viewing this through a blue and white – with a moon and star in the middle of each – spectacles but the decision to reject our application for the training ground complex at Titchfield amazes me…

I say amazes me, but the rejection does not surprise me in many ways as we do not seem to be getting much support from those that we need it from… but the fact that something which will not only benefit Portsmouth Football Club, but Portsmouth as a City does – the benefits for all will be there so why can we not get more help from the local council?

We appear to be doing all we can to help the community as well as trying to preserve and protect the local habitat yet still this is not considered good enough.

Peter Storrie has confirmed that we will appeal this decision, so as much as I hope that we will get a positive outcome, with our efforts seemingly being thwarted at every turn I will not be holding my breath…
