By the time that Ghana and Germany kicks-off – and I wrote and added this before I knew the England and Algeria results – we could be left with the single Pompey representative, a German born midfielder playing for Ghana, left…

The Prince REALLY will be King if he helps defeat Germany!

So far Kevin-Prince Boateng has featured in both of Ghana’s world cup games, he will be looking to complete the hat-trick today against Germany – who ‘could’ be baying for his blood after he denied zee German’s of Michael Ballack…

He has been ok so far, very good in their opening game against Serbia but not as good against Australia, then again few stood out in that game really to be honest. Although former Pompey winger Quincy looked lively when he came on.

It is not looking likely to happen but Boateng ‘might’ face his brother, who is a German international, that would be weird, at least I would find it weird!

Good luck to The Prince, and Ghana, Africa needs a team to make it through the group stages at Ghana are the only one, realistically, with a chance of this. A draw would be enough to put them through and send Germany out ‘if’ Serbia win, fingers crossed eh…
