From the Ed

A birthday free day so we move onto the games previously played.

Played – 9
Won – 4
Drawn – 3
Lost – 2

We haven’t seen many games played today, but from these we have an ok record. Well, more have been won than anything.

I recall a few of these games well, some very fondly, but can only claim one. This being 2014’s cracking draw with Plymouth at Fratton Park, which cost me a few quid due to a late Argyle goal as I’d put a bet on a Blues win.

Have you taken in any of the games previously played today – if so what are the memories of them?

  • 14,86&80…14 & Danny Hollands with a hat trick!!…86 Quinny with a another 2 & 80 the most famous, stood on the pitch as an 18 year old waiting for the result from Peterborough & they did us a big favour by beating Bradford so we went up, cue scenes of delirium….we won of course with Purdie scoring the second after Alan Rogers had pulled out Ill before the game
