20/4/1971: Nicos Kyzeridis
Happy birthday to Norman Uprichard, Laurie Milligan, Alan McLoughlin and Nicos Kyzeridis – the Pompey players from the Blues’ past born on this day.
Uprichard was before my time as was Milligan, but I recall McLoughlin very well from his playing and coaching spells with Pompey. Kyzeridis, one I remember too, had a brief spell with the Blues in the late 1990s under the legendary Alan Ball.

Literally nothing in it today, we win or lose, obviously several draws are thrown into the mix too.
I can claim the last two today, a win over Sheffield United at Fratton Park in 2013 and the one before that at the Etihad Stadium against Manchester City in 2008, a Premier League loss.
