It looks as though tracyc will now miss out on going to Leeds, this has left her pretty angry! Read on for more.

The Official Pompey website have said:

FESTIVE TICKET UPDATE

Tickets are no longer available for Pompey’s npower Championship clash with Leeds at Elland Road on Tuesday, December 28. They will not be available on the day, so please do not travel unless you already have a ticket.

NB – it doesn’t say ‘sold out’. In fact sold out would be unlikely, we don’t usually sell out away games, and we have started to get used to being able to buy tickets on the day in the Championship.

This is one reason I have tried to chill out a bit from my usually rather anal ‘must buy tickets as soon as they come available’ habit, and given the weather recently, thought it would be a good idea for Gandor, Mr Tracyc & I to wait a bit before we get our tickets for this match.

This was a match I REALLY wanted to go to. The Wednesday has been booked off work for months. This is a big old traditional English football club who I’ve never been to.

I really haven’t had much luck with away matches this season. I wanted to go to Coventry, but MrTracyc had to work that Saturday morning. I wanted to go to Palace, but I couldn’t get the time off work for that. I did go to Derby, but with friends who live in Derby and got us tickets in the home section, which was a horrible experience. I wanted to go to the cup match at Brighton, but obviously I haven’t been to 3 away games this season, so don’t qualify to apply for tickets!

I am so p*d off about this I could cry! I will try and email the club, and see what they say.

Anyone got 3 tickets for Leeds they don’t want?
