Earlier in the week it was Nadir Belhadj that Lazio wanted, now it is Kevin-Prince Boateng according to sky sports, who have ‘sources’ that ‘understand’ Lazio are ‘preparing a swoop’.

Sky sports ‘claimed’ that Lazio were hoping to get him in on a ‘cut price deal’ with us being in ‘financial turmoil…

Having paid £4m for the midfielder from Spurs less than 12-months ago surely he is worth AT LEAST that now, arguably more as he has had a good world cup for Ghana.

Although The Mail is actually ‘claiming’ that Lazio do still retain that interest in Billy Belhadj and are preparing an £8m ‘double swoop’ for the pair?

Now that, for me, is more like it!

Ideally if we could push them up for £10m for the pair, £5m apiece, that would be ideal…
