Paul Hart, who had been ‘linked’ with several jobs since he left Pompey, and before – including managerial roles with Watford and Reading, and a youth team post at Spurs, is ‘poised’ to take over at QPR today.

Jim ‘scummer’ Magilton and his assistant John Gorman were relieved of their duties following an ‘altercation’ that Magilton had with a player – apparently he butted him!

So, and the latest in a long, long line of managers at QPR over the past couple of years, it looks like Hart will soon be back in a job shortly.

Speaking of managers back in jobs/out of them, former Pompey manager Alain Perrin was sacked by St Etienne the other day with another former Pompey manager Tony Adams a candidate to replace him at the French outfit!

Should this QPR appointment be confirmed – Hart must be a glutton for punishment given where he has pitched up in recent times – I wish the guy the best of luck, although I fear that he WILL need it, again…
