‘The timing of the international break for Pompey is not a good one’, not my vote, yours – although these findings from pompeyrug’s poll are thoughts I am not sure if I entirely agree with…

Of course we are in-form at the moment, unbeaten in 3 – having won 2 of these games, the 3rd would actually feel like a win too – and are looking good when we play, so in many ways you just want to keep playing.

So, with that in mind the international break is a pain, then again is it ever a good thing?!

We have Liam Lawrence away on international duty and will not want him picking up any injury although on the flip side we do not see many go away these days so any players that have been carrying any niggling injuries recently would have been given a couple of weeks to sort this out, which is not a bad thing.

Confidence is high so if anything we would have had 2-weeks to reflect on this even more and see this grow and that ‘should’ see us come out even more determined to extend this run at Fratton against Watford next weekend…

  • What the poll asked – Has the international break came at the right time?

  • How you voted – Nope 42%
    Does it ever? 36%
    Yep 22%

Before we move on what are your thoughts on what the last poll concluded? You know what to do, thoughts below please guys…
