Ban lifted, ship primas, get frees, stay up!

The results of a recent poll regards to what us fans might realistically expect and want to happen for the remainder of the season came back with a couple of odd results:

Unsurprisingly, the idea we might bring in a few wheeled and dealt for freebies that turn out to be the “signings of the season” topped the chart with 52% – though it’s not my own preferred options which came in 3rd with 12%.

Quite surprisingly, at least a quarter of you thought realistically it was hello AFC Portsmouth – and though I can see the attraction to real Pompey footie fans away from all the recent bullsh*t and a real feeling for taking control of the club back, I can’t help but think this was a bit of a sabotage vote from other Vital Football fans (you’ve only got to look at the Man City site polls to realise they even put in a voting options “I’m not from this club”).

Personally I’d be happy with either my own preference or the ultimate winner – either way I’d love to stick one in the eye of the PL and stay up – especially if it’s without any of their help!
